So...
If Button wins:
• Alonso must finish 3rd or higher (4th would make it possible to equal button on points, but button would beat him in the count back)
• Webber and Hamilton would be out of the race for second in the championship.
If Button is second:
• Alonso must be 6th or higher (7th as above).
• Webber must be 3rd or higher.
If Button were third:
• Alonso must be 8th or higher.
• Webber must be 5th or higher.
For Hamilton to stay in the race he must be 3rd or higher, Button must finish poorly.

aha, ja sam razumio da su ljudi pričali, a ne iz Mclarena. Kad malo bolje pogledaš svi timovi prije testiranja pričaju da će im bolid bit dobar, nijednom nisam vidio da je neko reko da će bit lošiMcLewis je napisao/la: po svim kako su najavljivali, a eto bas kad je dosao na stazu bolid bio kanta.... ali eto rjesili su to....

Nebih se slozio tu sa tobom,Flavio je rekao odma poslje Malezije cini mi se,da bi bilo najbolje da se Ferrari okrene na 2012 sezonu jer nemogu nikako stici RBR,e, i pazi,bio je pravuSlash je napisao/la:A dobro, ako to Briatore veli, bar sigurno znamo da tako NEĆE biti.

"If Lewis had got that far up alongside Felipe into a tight hairpin, where the braking zone is maybe 100 metres and lasts for a few seconds, then I think Massa would have been right to give way. But heading into a fourth gear left-hander at maybe 150-160km/h? Where the braking zone lasts for one second? I don't think Massa can be held responsible," said the Scot, an ambassador for the Red Bull brand.
The former Williams and McLaren race winner went on to suggest that the stewards have been inconsistent in their rulings. "Making these types of calls is one of the real difficulties with a complex sport like Formula One, but it was almost as if they felt that - with Lewis receiving so many decisions against him this year - they were trying to redress the balance. A bit like in football when a referee sends someone off in controversial circumstances and the crowd is on his back, he is more disposed to send a player from the opposition off."
Previous criticism of the stewards has led to a former driver being appointed as an advisor to provide the FIA appointed staff a drivers eye view. The general consensus is the application of the rules and the penalties delivered are far more consistent and balanced than ever before. Former Lotus and Benetton driver Herbert was the appointed driver advisor last weekend.

Nov.2 (GMM) Up to three races on the 2012 Formula 1 world championship calendar are endangered, according to a Brazilian media report.
The O Estado de S.Paulo newspaper reports that the events scheduled in Korea, the United States and Bahrain will be discussed during Thursday’s F1 Commission meeting in Geneva.
An unprecedented 20 grands prix have been scheduled on the 2012 calendar, but Bernie Ecclestone will tell the teams on Thursday that the Korean organisers are hesitating on paying the sanctioning fee deposit.
“It took us long enough to negotiate with them in the first place,” the F1 chief executive told reporters in India last weekend.
“It was strange. That was a disappointment because it was a big enough effort to get it on in the first place.”
Brazilian correspondent Livio Oricchio also said that, shortly after a New York street race was announced for 2013, there is now a question mark about the 2012 US grand prix scheduled for a new venue near Austin, Texas.
And finally, it is the “political situation” in Bahrain that has triggered the F1 Commission talks about the island Kingdom’s 2012 return.
“It is almost certain that the fourth round, on April 22, will not be contested,” the Brazilian report reads.
And it seems clear that the teams will not be unhappy if the schedule dips below 20 grands prix next season.
McLaren and FOTA chief Martin Whitmarsh confirmed there are “some question marks” about some of next year’s scheduled events.
“I think 20 races and a lot of flyaways is pretty hard on the team and I think we are at tipping point,” he said.
“You are getting close to the point where you do need to alternate. It’s the NASCAR approach where you alternate crews.”

Safety car rule modification likely for 2012
Nov.3 (GMM) Formula 1 is likely to modify the safety car rules for the 2012 season.
The team bosses got together in India last weekend to discuss forcing lapped drivers to pull ahead of the safety car and join the back of the queue.
When that rule was last in place, there were complaints that ‘cleaning up’ the string of cars behind the safety car took too long, according to Auto Motor und Sport.
But when the race finally resumed, there was no danger the slower cars could affect the contests at the head of the field.
“Both ways have their advantages and their disadvantages,” said Sauber team manager Beat Zehnder.

ajde super vijest, nadam se da ce ovo bit natrag usvojeno, jer mi je ovo sadasnje neopisivo iritantno i nema smisla..
neznam kako moze bit pitanje previse vremena, kad je safety minimalno 2 kruga na stazi i kad se malo skupe propustanje moze bit brzo - svi se maknu sa trkace putanje i tih 15ak auta ih prodje u par km..

Imali su odličnu suradnju, ali je problem da su htjeli još bolju reklamu, a do 2009 su imali dobre rezultate uvjek su bili bolji od Williamsa. Pogledaj i Mercedes jako dugo su htjeli da kupe Mclaren i sreća da nisu uspjeli od kad imaju svoj tim nemaju dobre rezultate. Mislim da je njima najveći problem ako krenu slabi rezultati vjerovatno imaju velik pritisak od šefova firme i ako se jako brzo nepoprave povlače se iz F1Dani je napisao/la:Mislio sam na to da su mogli barem ostati kao proizvođač motora. Valjda neće uzet Bianchia, ili Bottasa, Bianchi je dobar u GP2, a Bottas mi se svidio u GP3, ali mislim da je bolje da njih neuzimaju jer imaju jako malo iskustva u F1 i jedan od njih sa Maldonadom neće ništa napravit, mislim da im je bolje da uzmu Sutila, ili zadrže Barrichella nego da imaju nekog ko ima malo iskustva u F1Forza je napisao/la:Rosberg "This is all nonsense. Lola eyeing Formula One entry

Lola says it is ready to join the Formula One grid if the FIA reopens the bidding for a 13th team.
Having been one of the teams to initially apply for a place under the budget capped regulations for the 2010 season, Lola decided against renewing its bid when the cap was scrapped. At the time managing director Robin Brundle said "Lola looks forward to strengthening its working partnerships with existing F1 Teams and the rich variety of customers throughout the Lola portfolio".
However, Brundle now says that Lola has since diversified away from motorsport and is in position to use a Formula One program to boost brand awareness.
"We're ready and waiting," Brundle is quoted by Autoweek. "Motorsport is a third of our business, and we're happy to expand in any direction. We're on schedule to hit a turnover of [$40 million] this year, and within five years, we expect to top [$77 million]. But a Formula One program will take us up by tens of millions.
"We've retained the capability. We can do everything in one building, and we're hopeful that, if the FIA bring back the 13th license, we can bid for it. We'd need to finalize an engine partner so we can design the back of the car when the new engine regulations come [in 2014], but we're ready for it."

šta su Mugello ubacili umjesto Bahraina? Iako mi je staza ok, čudi me da su baš nju odabrali. Mislim da bi "bolja" za testiranja bila Paul Richard.
