Da, baš pratim. I šta je najžalosnije, slušao sam tipa koji je bio tamo i govori da nije išla brže od 25-30 milja. Izgleda da je udarac išao direkt u kacigu.K1M1 je napisao/la:BBC Radio Cambridgeshire reporting Maria de Villota sustained "life threatening injuries" and has been taken to Addenbrookes Hospital

"The car slowed down as you see happens during a grand prix, for it to then be reversed into the pits which was actually a tent. But at the last second it just suddenly accelerated again so by the time it hit the truck, it was doing 30 or 40 miles an hour."
Mann said De Villota, 32, was trapped in the car for a considerable time with emergency services attending her immediately.
"It appeared to me that she wasn't moving for about 10 or 15 minutes. We saw her move her hands after about a quarter of an hour and it took almost an hour for the ambulance (staff) to feel confident to take her out of the car."

This sounds very much like the cars anti stall system engaged at the end of the run. Inexperienced drivers having their first runs in a F1 car can be caught out by this. As they slow to stop the car or make a low speed turn (for example into a garage) they lift off the throttle and let the revs drop. The ECU senses this and sets throttle to around 50% with the car still in first gear resulting in a sudden acceleration such as the one described.

Na snimci nesreče se čuje, da se motor "muči" na malim okretajima kad ubrzava ali ja bih sačeko uradni izvještaji iz telemetrije.FiA technical regulations 5.19 Stall prevention systems :
If a car is equipped with a stall prevention system, and in order to avoid the possibility of a car
involved in an accident being left with the engine running, all such systems must be configured
to stop the engine no more than ten seconds after activation.
The sole purpose of such systems is to prevent the engine stalling when a driver loses control
of the car. If the car is in second gear or above when the system is activated multiple gear
changes may be made to either first gear or neutral, under all other circumstances the clutch
alone may be activated.
Each time such a system is activated the clutch must be fully disengaged and must remain so
until the driver de‐activates the system by manually operating the clutch with a request
greater than 95% of the total available travel of the drivers clutch actuation device.

Maria is conscious and medical assessments are ongoing. The team will await the outcome of these assessments before providing further comment. The team’s first priority at this time is Maria and her family.
Update: Maria de Villota now in London for operation on her fractured skull.
We are grateful for the medical attention that Maria has been receiving and her family would like to thank the Neurological and Plastics surgical teams. However it is with great sadness that I must report that, due to the injuries she sustained, Maria has lost her right eye.
